How do I file a support ticket?

File a support ticket from your dashboard or by emailing support directly.

You can file a support ticket in two ways:

From your dashboard:

  1. Sign in and navigate to Dashboard > Support
  2. Click New ticket
  3. Fill in a clear subject, choose the most appropriate category, and write a detailed description of the issue
  4. (Optional) Attach files such as screenshots, PDFs, plain-text logs, or Word documents — up to 10 MB per file, with a maximum of 5 attachments per ticket
  5. Click Submit

By email:

If you're signed in to a DNR account, you can also start a ticket by emailing support@danielnewmanracing.com from the address registered to your account. The inbound message will be automatically routed into a new ticket and visible from your dashboard.

The more context you provide up front (steps to reproduce, plugin version, hardware, screenshots), the faster the support team can help.
