What file types and sizes can I attach to a support ticket?

Accepted attachment types, size limits, and virus scanning on support tickets.

You can attach the following file types to a ticket or reply:

  • Images — PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP
  • PDF documents
  • Plain text files
  • Word documents — .doc, .docx

Limits:

  • Maximum 10 MB per file
  • Up to 5 attachments per ticket or reply

Every upload is virus-scanned before it becomes available for download. Files flagged as infected are removed automatically and a system comment is added to the ticket. Files we cannot scan are left in place but flagged for manual review — the support team will follow up before opening them.

If you need to share a larger file, compress it or upload it to a cloud share (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.) and paste the link into the ticket body instead.
