How do I reply to a closed support ticket?

Reopen a closed ticket by adding a comment and continuing the conversation.

Closed tickets stay visible in your support dashboard and can be reopened at any time by replying to them.

To reply to (and reopen) a closed ticket:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Support
  2. Open the closed ticket from your list (use filters to show closed tickets if needed)
  3. Add a new comment in the reply box
  4. Submit — the ticket is automatically reopened for admin review

You'll receive a notification (email and in-app bell) when an admin responds. If a closed ticket is more than 14 days old and you reply by email, a new linked ticket is opened instead so the admin team starts fresh.
