Use the site sensibly, keep your account details accurate and your password to yourself, and do not take our content and pass it around. Be over 18.

Using the site means you accept what is below. If you do not, the honest answer is to stop using it.

You, as someone using danielnewmanracing.com, and Daniel Newman Racing Ltd, who own and run it. They cover the site and its subdomains, unless one of those carries its own terms.

They do not apply to our own staff or contractors using the site as part of their work.

You need to be 18 or over. Using the site is you telling us that you are.

Everything on the site that was not uploaded by a user belongs to us or to the people we license it from: text, graphics, images, audio, video, code, layout, all of it. Copyright, trademarks and database rights apply.

You may view it on your device for your own personal, non-commercial use. That is the licence.

Beyond that, nothing gets copied, modified, redistributed or used commercially without our written permission. Nothing here grants you the right to use our name or our logo.

For downloaded files specifically, plugins, dashboards and LED profiles, the End User License Agreement is the detailed version.

Some of our software lets you share your own material with other people: Race Academy laps and the car setups attached to them, Track Rivals times, profiles you publish, anything else you choose to send us. All of it stays yours. We are not claiming ownership of it.

Only share what is actually yours to share. By turning sharing on you are confirming that you have the right to publish what goes up. Car setups are the one to watch: if you are running a setup you bought, or one a team or coach gave you under their own terms, those terms may not allow you to pass it on. Check before you share it.

So that the feature can work, you give us permission to store your shared material and show it to the people you shared it with, for as long as you leave sharing on. That permission covers nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not hand it to anyone outside the communities you chose.

You can withdraw it whenever you like. Turning sharing off in the plugin hides your shared material and stops anything new going up, and there is a control in the plugin to delete what you have already shared.

If something has been shared that should not have been, whether it is yours or you own the rights to it, email support@danielnewmanracing.com and tell us what it is and where. We will take it down while we look into it. We can also remove shared material and withdraw sharing from an account that keeps publishing other people's work.

Anything that damages the site or gets in the way of other people using it.

Anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise the sort of behaviour you would not want aimed at you.

Copying or storing content protected by copyright without permission from whoever owns it.

Keep your details accurate and up to date. If your email changes and we cannot reach you, that becomes a problem at exactly the moment it matters, usually billing.

We can suspend or close an account for a good reason, including a breach of these terms.

You can close yours whenever you like by telling us in writing. Once you do, stop using the site. Closing an account does not remove any statutory rights you have.

Yours alone. Do not share it, and do not reuse it from somewhere else.

If we see something that looks like misuse or a security problem, we may force a password change or suspend the account while we work out what happened. That is protection, not punishment.

We link out to manufacturers, communities and tools. Those sites are not ours, we do not control them, and we are not responsible for what is on them.

A link is a pointer, not an endorsement of everything on the other end of it.

We work hard to keep the site and the plugin running, but we cannot promise either will be available without interruption, or free of every fault.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything on this page.

We update these from time to time, and the date at the top tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version, so it is worth a glance if that date has moved.

The law of England and Wales, with disputes going to the courts of England and Wales. If the consumer law where you live gives you protections that override that, those apply.
