End User License Agreement

Daniel Newman Racing grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these materials for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

If you hold a commercial license issued by Daniel Newman Racing, your usage rights are extended in accordance with that agreement. You will know if this applies to you.

In all cases, ownership of the materials remains with Daniel Newman Racing.

This agreement applies to all files, software, and content available for download from danielnewmanracing.com, including but not limited to:

• SimHub Plugins
• SimHub Dashboards
• SimHub LED Profiles
• Wallpapers, logos, and other miscellaneous files

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any of our files or software to third parties
• Upload or share our files on any other website, platform, or file-sharing service
• Sell or sublicense any of our materials
• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile any software
• Remove or alter any copyright notices or branding

All files must be downloaded exclusively from danielnewmanracing.com. We are not responsible for files obtained from any other source, and doing so voids your right to use them.

All files, software, designs, and content available on this site are the intellectual property of Daniel Newman Racing. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

All materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Daniel Newman Racing is not liable for any damages arising from the use of these materials, including data loss, hardware issues, or simulation problems.

Nothing in this agreement affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any equivalent applicable consumer protection legislation.

For free downloads, no purchase is made and no cancellation rights apply.

For paid commercial licenses, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless you have expressly agreed to waive this right by requesting immediate access to the digital content at the point of purchase.

Refund requests outside of this period will be considered at our discretion.

Your rights under this agreement terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease use and delete all copies of the relevant materials.

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

If you are accessing or purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, you agree that this agreement and any dispute arising from it will be governed by English law. However, nothing in this agreement limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your own country.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Daniel Newman Racing regarding the use of our materials and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
