Do store prices include VAT? Can I get a VAT receipt?

Every price already includes any VAT due, and it is the same price wherever you are. For most countries outside the UK that is no VAT at all.

Your basket shows the VAT for the country you are delivering to:

• UK: "Items before VAT", "VAT at 20%" and the basket total, and the delivery line says how much VAT is in it.
• Where no VAT is charged: "No VAT is charged on this order."
• Where it is worked out by the payment page: "Worked out at payment".

Receipts. Your order page and your confirmation email link to a Receipt, or a VAT receipt for orders that paid UK VAT, which you can print or save as a PDF. Something wrong on it? The receipt page has a link to send us a message.

Buying for a company? The statutory 14 day change of mind right is for consumers, so it does not apply to business purchases.
