Will I pay customs or import duties?
Delivering to the UK (Northern Ireland included) or the Isle of Man: no import duties notice applies.
Everywhere else: your country may charge import duties or taxes when your order arrives. They are set by your country, not by us, and they are yours to pay. Your basket warns you about this for your country before you pay, but it cannot tell you the amount: that is worked out by your country's customs when the parcel arrives.
The exception is a delivery option that says duties paid, such as "Standard shipping, duties paid": duties and taxes are in its price, so there is nothing more to pay when it arrives. That option only appears where it is offered for your country and basket.
Returning something from outside the UK is posted at your cost, unless it is faulty.
