How do I review something I bought?

Only people who bought a piece can review it. Open Review your items on your order page once your order has arrived (or 14 days after it was posted, if we have not heard it arrived). We also email you once, a few days after it arrives, to ask.

• Stars from 1 to 5, the size you are reviewing, an optional title, and your review.
• Up to three photos. Please leave out anyone's face or personal details. Location details are removed from them before they are sent.
• Published straight away, good or bad, under your first name and the first letter of your surname, marked Verified buyer. We never edit reviews, and people who work for TrackThirtyTwo do not review our products.
• You can remove your review, or its photos, from your order page whenever you like.

A review is only hidden if it is abusive, shares someone's personal details, is not about the product, is spam, or the writer asked: the full rules are under Store reviews in our terms. If something is wrong with your order, you do not need a review for that: use Report a problem on your order page.
