Can I return something if I change my mind?

Yes. Everything in the store is made to order, but that does not change your rights. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us, and another 14 days to send it back. Clothing in the store's standard sizes and colours is not personalised, so this applies to it in full.

1. Tell us: on your order page use Report a problem or return something and choose I changed my mind and want to return it, or email support@danielnewmanracing.com with your order number.
2. Wait for our reply before posting anything: we tell you where to send it.
3. Send it back unworn and unwashed, with any tags still on. You pay the return postage, wherever you are.

We refund the price and the standard delivery you paid within 14 days of getting it back. If it has been worn or washed, the refund can be reduced by what that takes off its value. There are no direct exchanges: to swap a size, return it and order the one you need.

Before it goes into production you can simply cancel instead. Buying for a company? The 14 day right is for consumers.
