How and when do I get my money back?

Refunds go back the way you paid, and usually reach your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank. If you paid in your own currency, the refund goes back in that currency at the same exchange rate.

• Cancelled before production: everything you paid, delivery included, refunded as soon as you cancel.
• Faulty, damaged or wrong: a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of sending it back.
• Changed your mind: the price and the standard delivery you paid, within 14 days of us getting it back.
• A parcel returned to us because of a wrong address or not being collected, and not sent again: the price of the items, but not the delivery.

We email you when a refund is made, with the amount. Please talk to us before raising a chargeback: email support@danielnewmanracing.com with your order number. A human looks at every refund question about a particular order.
