What happens to my details when I order?

An order holds what you ordered, your name, email address, delivery address and phone number. The phone number is for the courier, in case they need to reach you.

• Payment is taken by Stripe: your card details and billing address stay with Stripe, and we never see them.
• Your order is made and posted by our production partner, which receives your name, address, email, phone number and the items so it can make and post it. Its fulfilment centres are in several countries, so your parcel may come from abroad.
• Orders placed while signed in are linked to your account.
• Orders are kept for six years after the end of the financial year, because tax law needs them, then deleted. Closing your account removes your name, email, phone, address and tracking from your orders straight away, keeping only what tax needs.
