How do I get help with a store order?

The Garage Bot can explain how the store works, but it cannot see orders. For anything about your order, a person helps:

• Need help with this order? on your order page sends us a message with your order number already filled in.
• Reply to any store email. It reaches a person.
• Email support@danielnewmanracing.com with your order number, the email you ordered with, and a line on what has happened.

For something faulty, damaged, wrong or not arrived, or to return something, Report a problem or return something on your order page is quickest, because it tells us exactly which items. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
