How long does delivery take?

Every piece is made after you order it, then posted. So the time is the making plus the delivery, and the store does not promise a posting date.

• Delivery is shown for each option in your basket as "Arrives X to Y days after posting", for your country, before you pay. It varies by country and by option.
• Options depend on where it is going: Standard shipping, Express shipping (faster, by courier), and in some countries Standard shipping, duties paid or a carbon offset option.
• When it is posted we email you the carrier and a tracking number. An order can come in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking email.
• If it is taking longer than usual to be made, we email you to say so, and you can still cancel it on your order page while it has not gone into production.

If an order has not arrived well after its estimate, tell us and we will chase it.
