Can I change my size, colour or address after ordering?

An order cannot be changed once it is placed, and a promo code cannot be added to it afterwards. While it has not gone into production, the quickest fix is to cancel it on your order page for a full refund and order again with the right size, colour or address.

Please check the address before you pay. Once a parcel is delivered to the address given at checkout it is yours, and our responsibility for it ends.

If you spot a mistake in the address and it is too late to cancel, tell us straight away with Need help with this order? on your order page, or by replying to your confirmation email.

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it was not collected, we email you. We can send it again once you confirm the address and pay the cost of sending it again. If you would rather not, or we do not hear from you within 14 days, we cancel the order and refund the price of the items, but not the delivery.
