What is the kit made of, and how do I look after it?

Each product's page lists its Details, what it is made of and how it is made, and its Care instructions, which are the ones to follow. As a guide:

• Printed clothing: machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low, or hang to dry. Do not iron over the print, and do not bleach or dry clean.
• Embroidered clothing: the same, but hang to dry or tumble dry on low, and iron inside out on a low heat, never over the embroidery.
• Caps and bucket hats: spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, and leave to air dry, keeping the shape.
• Beanies: hand wash cold, reshape and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry, bleach or iron.
• Mugs and travel mugs: each page says whether it is dishwasher and microwave safe, or hand wash only.

If something is faulty rather than worn, report it on your order page within 30 days of delivery.
