How do I report an Ambient Lights problem?
Click Copy Diagnostics under Capture Settings and paste it into a support ticket so the team can respond.
Open Ambient Lights → Capture Settings, scroll to the Diagnostics section, and click Copy Diagnostics. This copies the full diagnostic data (Game, Mode, Capture method, Monitor, Mask state, and Live output) to your clipboard.
Then open a support ticket and paste the copied data into the description, along with whether the Live output numbers change while driving. That gives the team everything they need to respond and pinpoint the issue quickly.
