Can I use a promo code in the store?

Yes, if it is a code given out for the store. Type it into Promo code in your basket and press Apply. The payment page has no code box, so it has to go in the basket.

• One code per order.
• It comes off the items, never the delivery, and it works on the members' price too, so members get both.
• Codes have no cash value, and cannot be added to an order after it is placed.
• Membership codes do not work in the store. Neither do creator codes or partner codes: those are for memberships. A code like that reads "That code doesn't work in the store."

Other messages you might see: "That code has ended.", "That code has been used up.", or that the code needs a minimum amount of items in the basket. A code the basket refuses holds checkout until you remove it.
