Yes. iRacing exposes its pit service commands to SimHub, so DNR can light the matching button on your wheel or button box when that command is armed.

On a steering wheel you get five: Pass Left, Pass Right, Auto Fuel, Windshield Tear Off and Fast Repair.

On a button box the list is longer, because a button box usually carries the whole pit panel: Refuel, Pass Left, Pass Right, Auto Fuel, No Refuel, New Tyres, No Tyres, Tyre Compound Dry, Tyre Compound Wet, Windshield Tear Off, Clear Pit Flags, Fast Repair, New Tyres Left, New Tyres Right, and the four individual corners Tyre Left Front, Tyre Left Rear, Tyre Right Front and Tyre Right Rear.

These are marked "(iRacing)" in the effect list. They light from iRacing's own pit service state, so the LED tells you what the game has actually armed rather than what you think you pressed, which is the point of them.

In other sims these entries will simply never light, because no other title reports pit service in that form.
