I have hit a download limit. What are the limits?

There are limits, and they exist to stop bulk scraping rather than to get in your way.

• 10 downloads an hour
• 25 downloads a day
• 1 ZIP an hour, with a maximum of 25 files in a ZIP

If you see "Daily download limit reached (25 per day). Try again later." you have hit the daily cap and it clears on its own.

There is also a short 3 second cooldown after each download before the button re-enables. That is normal and not a fault.

Free downloads are generally not counted against these limits.

If you are setting up a rig and genuinely need more than 25 files in a day, the Download all favourites as ZIP option is the efficient route: favourite everything you want first, then take them in one go.

If a download button says something other than a limit message, it is telling you about access rather than volume. Sign In To Download means you are signed out, Upgrade To Download means the product needs a higher tier, and Redeem Code To Download means it is a partner product needing a partner code.
