What key types can I put on a DNR Control Deck?
There are eight DNR key types, and they behave the same on all three deck brands.
- DNR Toggle. Turns a DNR feature on or off. The key shows the feature name and an ON or OFF state, and reads a dash when it has no live link to SimHub.
- DNR Colour. Steps a DNR colour or theme forward or back. The key shows the control name, the live colour name, a direction arrow and a colour swatch.
- DNR Action. Fires a one press action: presets, brightness, ambient mask reset, acknowledging low fuel, Fast Glance, wind, bass shakers and Adaptive Display Zones.
- DNR Display. A live read-out from the car. It is read only, so pressing it does nothing. Values take live colours, such as green or red on a delta.
- DNR iRacing Actions. Pit service, camera, replay, capture, force feedback, Enter/Exit/Tow and race director commands. iRacing only.
- DNR Hotkey. Sends a keystroke you bind in the sim, or drives a SimHub Control Mapper role or a SimHub action directly. You choose an icon from the DNR library and a colour for it.
- DNR Custom Hotkey. Your own image on a key, still inside the DNR frame so it keeps flashing flags, pit and spotter effects. Can also send a keystroke.
- DNR Dial. For decks with a rotary encoder. Shows a live value and turns to adjust it.
Most key types also have a Key colour setting, with nine choices from Neutral through to Pink.
