Some of my Ambient Lights work but others don't

Each light is configured independently. Any light set to Off in the current situation stays dark.

Each light is configured independently. Check that every light has the mode you want for the current situation (Idle / Day / Night). Any light set to Off in that mode will stay dark.

If you're using Per Light mode, confirm each light's settings individually.
